THE OPENING

On Tuesday, 29 October 2024, we opened our modernized hot-dip galvanizing plant in České Budějovice. After months of careful planning and intensive modernization, we are ready to provide even better services in the protection of steel structures. The modernization has brought greater efficiency and care for the environment, which is a fundamental priority for us and our partners.

A LARGER GALVANIZING BATH

With a large bath measuring 13 x 1.8 x 3.3 m (length x width x depth), we can galvanize even larger structures that would otherwise require more complex modifications or division into smaller parts. The new galvanizing bath will appeal to a wide range of customers, including those looking for the most efficient solution for large structures.

WASTE HEAT RECOVERY

The use of waste heat has been newly optimized for the material pre-treatment process, which not only increases operational efficiency but also reduces the environmental footprint of the entire galvanizing plant. Thanks to these innovations, we meet stricter environmental standards and contribute to protecting the environment for future generations.
